KAVA DEPOT WHOLESALE PRE-ORDER AGREEMENT

Due to ongoing supply shortages throughout the South Pacific, Kava Depot is offering a limited wholesale pre-order program for select incoming shipments.

This program allows approved wholesale customers to reserve a portion of inventory already in transit to the United States. Kava Depot does not offer pre-orders on inventory that has not yet been harvested, purchased, or shipped.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

  • Pre-orders are available only on designated incoming shipments.
  • Only a limited portion of each shipment will be made available for pre-order.
  • Kava Depot generally limits pre-order allocations to a certain percentage of anticipated usable inventory.
  • Inventory allocations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Estimated fulfillment time is approximately 30-45 days from the date of reservation but may vary due to shipping schedules, customs inspections, weather conditions, processing delays, or other factors outside of Kava Depot’s control.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • A non-refundable reservation payment equal to 50% of the total order value is required to secure inventory.
    • The remaining balance is due when the order is ready for shipment.
    • Orders will not be released until final payment has been received.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Kava Depot reserves the right to adjust allocations if actual production yields differ from estimated yields. In the unlikely event that Kava Depot cannot fulfill the entire reserved quantity, customers will be offered a proportional adjustment based on available inventory.

ORDER CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & RESERVATION PAYMENTS

Once Kava Depot receives a reservation payment, the associated inventory is allocated and reserved specifically for that customer. As a result, pre-order quantities may not be reduced after a reservation has been confirmed.
Reservation payments are non-refundable because inventory has been committed and withheld from general sale.
However, reservation payments are never forfeited. If a customer chooses to cancel a pre-order prior to shipment, the reservation payment will be converted into an equivalent product credit or account credit that may be applied toward future purchases from Kava Depot.
Example:
A customer places a $1,000 pre-order and submits a $500 reservation payment. If the customer later elects to cancel the order, the customer will receive a $500 product credit or account credit. No portion of the reservation payment will be forfeited.
Kava Depot reserves the right to cancel a pre-order and issue a full refund of any reservation payment if an incoming shipment is lost, damaged, delayed indefinitely, seized, or otherwise becomes unavailable for fulfillment.

DELAYS

Estimated fulfillment dates are provided as projections only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping schedules, customs clearance, agricultural supply constraints, processing requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Kava Depot will provide updates regarding shipment status whenever significant changes occur.

ACCEPTANCE

Submission of a reservation payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
