First of all, We want to express our appreciation to all of our customers that have been loyal to us over these hard times. As many of you know, we suffered a huge hit during this pandemic with Kava supply. Since airlines were grounded, for the most part, it’s taken several months to get logistics in place to receive shipments.
With that being said, we have some shipments that finally arrived, as well as a few more scheduled to arrive in the next week. The online inventory has been updated to include what is available currently, and will be updated again next week once other shipments arrive.
We are not completely out of the woods yet. These shipments that just arrived were ordered back in March. We have been working tirelessly with logistics teams on the other side of the planet to try and secure a more reliable shipping route. We believe we may have found one, but it is still being tried. As of right now, we have increased ordering restrictions from 10kg per order to 20kg per order. This is temporary, again, until we are able to definitive trust our new shipping route. Once this has been established, we will remove all restrictions all together and begin to lower the prices to pre-pandemic prices.
