Tony, our Director of Sales & Operations, is the backbone of day-to-day operations at Kava Republic. As the go-to person for questions, problem-solving, and organization, he keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. With a strong background in both mathematics and business, Tony brings a well-balanced, thoughtful approach to leadership—combining operational insight with a light-hearted management style that makes working together both productive and rewarding.

Laboratory & Quality Assurance

Marjan is the Chemist and Laboratory Manager at Kava Republic, where she leads all kava testing to ensure purity, safety, and consistency. Through HPLC analysis, Marjan verifies kavalactone profiles and product integrity, combining scientific precision with a passion for natural product quality — from root to shell.

Production Team

The heart of the Kava Depot workflow is our production team—the skilled individuals who carefully process our kava from start to finish. Led by Jonathan, the team spends their days in lab coats and earmuffs transforming kava roots and chips into a finely milled powder, ensuring a clean, consistent product that’s ready for easy enjoyment.

Marketing & Technology

Yaelle, our Director of Marketing and IT, is the creative force behind everything you see on the screen. From managing our social media presence and product packaging to maintaining our website and digital platforms, Yaelle ensures that Kava Republic’s brand and online experience are both seamless and engaging.
